We’re unable to help with human medicines, animal medicines, animal feed, medical devices or industrial machinery. For medical devices, we can recommend another consultancy - please get in touch. Some of our consultants have experience with cosmetics, chemical products (including biocides), food (including supplements) and food contact materials, so we may be able to assist you, depending on the specific products.

Our core expertise is in consumer products for the UK and EU markets. Some of our consultants have experience in the requirements for the US, Canada and some other markets, so we may be able to include this as part of a project, depending on the specific products.

Absolutely! As part of the Assess stage of a project, we’ll provide a regulatory classification for your products, based on factors such as how your product is marketed, designed to function and any ingredients (if relevant).

Absolutely! We offer advice on product testing, including a risk-based approach to reduce costs. We have relationships with labs across Europe, Asia and North America, and if you select our Core or Premium packages we will obtain at least 3 quotes for any required testing.

We partner with two providers of EU Responsible Person / Authorised Representative services, and will offer you the most competitive price for your product range. If you select our Core or Premium packages, you’re able to access a discounted price from one of our partners.

This really depends on the current state of play. We typically complete the Assess and Review stages of a project in 3-4 weeks (or within 2 weeks if you select the Premium package), which will identify the compliance gaps.
The Action stage will provide an Action Plan to close those gaps. For simple changes to product labels it may only take a few days and for additional testing it will usually take 2-4 weeks. However, if you need to redesign your products or make other major changes, this may take several months. Our projects remain open for up to six months.

During our Discovery Call, we’ll ask some key questions to make sure we understand your products, markets and what you want to achieve.
Once you’ve agreed to a proposal and signed our contract, we’ll send you a link to a Google Drive where you can upload any images and documents relating to your products. We encourage you to upload as much as possible - product images, product labels, specifications + data sheets, test reports, user manuals, supplier details and any other information that helps us to understand your products and the current state of play.
If we have any questions, we’ll either send you a brief email or Google Form to complete, or arrange a call to discuss in more detail.
